Postdoctoral Research Associate

A postdoctoral research associate position is available immediately to study epigenetic alterations of histone modifications during development and cancer progression. The associate will conduct highly technical and complex research projects under the direction of Dr. Rice. Experience in the following techniques are desired:

• mammalian cell culture
• cloning
• RT-PCR
• Western, Northern and Southern analysis
• RNAi
• transfection
• chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
• confocal microscopy, microarray analysis
• yeast two-hybrid screening
• viral production and transduction
